We understand this may be your first time playing VR. Or you may be a veteran with some questions.

Below is a list of common questions we get, if you have a question that we haven't answered below please get in contact.

Walk-Ins

We do welcome walk-ins but please be aware we can't guarantee an immediate session on walk-ins. If you are able to please book on the website.

Minmum Age

Untold Reality has a minimum age of 8 years old. This is due to health and safety reasons as well as making sure people have a fun time and get their money's worth.

Stations?

Stations are how we describe our areas of play. It's one station per person, including a safe area to play, a VR headset, and a PC.

Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans may change, and we are happy to offer a one-time rescheduling option. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
